You can purchase a certificate for the following holidays: Birthdays, New Year's, May 1st, March 8th, Defender of the Fatherland Day, and Russia Day. When placing your order, please indicate the holiday you require the certificate for in the order comments. Please note that the design of the certificate will correspond to the selected holiday.
A Gift Certificate for the Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre is a document that grants spectators the right to purchase tickets to the Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre for an amount equivalent to the face value of the Gift Certificate and confirms the advance payment for the specified amount.
Certificates are available in denominations of 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 25,000 and 50,000 rubles.
The face value of the Gift Certificate can only be used to purchase tickets at one time in full; the sum of the face values of several Gift Certificates can also be used to purchase tickets.
If the cost of tickets is lower than the face value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder of the advance payment is not refundable.
If the cost of tickets is higher than the face value of the Gift Certificate, the difference is payable in cash or by bank card.
A Gift Certificate is not a security or a commodity and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or a Gift Certificate of a different denomination.
The Gift Certificate's expiration date is indicated on the card. Upon expiration, the Gift Certificate is considered invalid and cannot be used to purchase tickets; the balance of the advance payment is not refundable.
A Gift Certificate will not be replaced if it is lost or damaged in a way that prevents the certificate's details and authenticity from being established. Duplicates of the certificate are not issued.
A Gift Certificate is a document made out to the bearer and may be transferred to another person, provided that they have read these rules at the time of transfer.
The Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased using a Gift Certificate in the event of tickets being sold at special rates and offers.
