You have the opportunity to purchase a certificate for the following holidays: Birthday, New Year, May 1, March 8, Defender of the Fatherland Day and Russia Day. When placing an order, please indicate in the order comments for which holiday you need a certificate. Please note that the design of the certificate will correspond to the selected holiday.
A gift certificate from the Boris Eifman Ballet Theater website is a document that gives viewers the right to purchase tickets to events for an amount equivalent to the face value of the Gift Certificate and confirms the advance payment for the specified amount.
Certificates are available in denominations of 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 25,000 and 50,000 rubles.
The face value of a Gift Certificate can only be used to purchase tickets at one time in full; the sum of the face values of several Gift Certificates can also be used to purchase tickets.
If the cost of tickets is lower than the face value of a Gift Certificate, the remainder of the advance payment is not refundable.
If the cost of tickets is higher than the face value of a Gift Certificate, the difference must be paid by bank card.
A Gift Certificate is not a security or a product and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or for a Gift Certificate of a different denomination.
The validity period of a Gift Certificate is indicated on the card. Upon expiration, the Gift Certificate is considered invalid and cannot be used to purchase tickets; the balance of the advance payment is not refunded.
The Gift Certificate will not be restored in the event of loss or damage that prevents the details of the certificate and its authenticity from being established. Duplicates of the certificate will not be issued.
The Gift Certificate is a document to the bearer and may be transferred to another person, provided that he/she is familiar with these rules at the time of transfer.
The Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre website reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased using a Gift Certificate in the event of tickets being sold at special rates and offers.
