In 2021, the premiere of the ballet Boris Eifman "Passions According to Moliere, or the Mask of Don Juan" took place, in which the works of Berlioz merged in harmony with the history of the great comedy playwright. To the sounds of the overture "Roman Carnival", wandering artists wander through the French provinces, to the symphonic drama "Romeo and Juliet" they conquer Paris, and the "Fantastic Symphony" becomes the soundtrack to the tragic finale of Jean-Baptiste Moliere.
