The concert of the group "Theodor Bastard" will take place at the Boris Eifman Dance Academy Theatre
On November 18, the Boris Eifman Dance Academy Theatre in St. Petersburg will host a big solo concert by the band "Theodor Bastard" - bright representatives of the Russian ethno-electronic scene.
The band "Theodor Bastard" is the author of soundtracks for dozens of films, TV series and computer games. The concert program will feature the cello, gusli and many ethnic and homemade instruments.
Theodor Bastard's music combines psychedelic trip-hop with cinematic instrumentals, as well as archaic world music with modern technological electronics. The lyrics of the duet's songs in Russian are combined with glossolalia and shamanic spells. And above all this musical diversity, the delightful vocals of Yana Veva, penetrating the soul and multifaceted, soar.
